Check your worries at the door on the exterior benches before entering the Audra for a refreshing sauna session. Measuring 6’x6’, this canopy style barrel can fit up to four people. When the 180ºF temperatures become too hot, cool off on the exterior benches before hopping back in. Properly installed, the heater included in your sauna kit should consistently achieve temperatures of 175-185F in 45-60 minutes. Almost Heaven Saunas will accept the return ofunopened products within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus the initial and return shipping charges; we will also charge a 25% restocking fee. The product must be returned in its original packaging - assembled units cannot be returned. Credit will be given upon inspection of the product to ensure all items are included and in good condition. Warranty
Each Almost Heaven Sauna comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on all components. We will replace any component of the sauna room that fails due to a manufacturing defect at no charge to you in accordance with our Almost Heaven Sauna's Limited Warranty.
Your heater's warranty covers the heating elements in your heater for 1-year from the date of purchase, while all other components in your heater are covered under a 5-year warranty. Your heater's warranty does not cover any electrician or shipping costs incurred by any component replacement.
